Our customers’ safety is very important to us. That’s why we offer a 12-Point Safety Check-up for
FREE with every service call, in order to survey and discover possible dangerous electrical problems and
provide a detailed report of our findings.
We believe our efforts could significantly reduce the risk of electrical safety incidents resulting
in destruction of property and, possibly, injuries and even death.
We will check that:
The main meter panel, breakers and disconnect are wired correctly and in safe condition.
If there are any sub panels are they wired correctly and in safe condition.
The accessible kitchen receptacles are working properly and in safe condition
The accessible convenience receptacles, throughout the home and garage, are working properly
and in safe condition
The lighting fixtures, throughout the home, are working properly and in safe condition.
The exhaust fans, throughout the home, are working properly and in safe condition
The laundry area electrical system is working properly and in safe condition
The electric to the HVAC system is working properly and in safe condition
Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed and working properly
The electrical systems for outdoor pool, sauna, sprinkler system, lighting and receptacles, are
working properly and in safe condition
There is proper surge protection to help prevent major damage to home and garage electrical
system, appliances and especially computers
There is proper ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI) protection throughout the home.
Additionally we will instruct the home owner, if needed, on where and how to reset
The home has adequate safety and security lighting
As of our past experience, we reduced the number of emergency calls by revealing potential
problems that could be corrected inexpensively before causing a major electrical repair
bills.
